Order Tracking
Once you receive your order shipment email you will notice there are tracking numbers next to the products. If you click those numbers it will redirect you to the tracking service.
Tracking inactivity
It's normal for the tracking to go quiet between China and New Zealand. This can continue for up to a week as sometimes customs at both ends can slow progress. The tracking can not begin to update again until NZ Post reach it in the local backlog of post and scan it.
Returned to sender
Unfortunately due to a persistent issue with the address labels a small percentage of orders reach New Zealand with incomplete labels that mean delivery is not possible. If your tracking shows this please contact NZ Post ASAP on 0800 501 501 as sometimes they can intercept it before it leaves the country. Also feel free to contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
