Unfortunately due to a persistent issue with the address labels a small percentage of orders reach New Zealand with incomplete labels that mean delivery is not possible. If your tracking shows this please contact NZ Post ASAP on 0800 501 501 as sometimes they can intercept it before it leaves the country. Also feel free to contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
All our accessories are covered for 6 months from the date they are received. If you have an issue you can return the item for a replacement or a refund.
